Aims of the PLI:  
- Increased confidence in recognising the presentation of change and deterioration in complex patients
 - Improved understanding of signs and symptoms in the disease course and escalating concern when outside normal parameters
 - Updated knowledge on interpreting blood results
 - Recognising vulnerable patients who are living with multiple morbidity 
 
- Sepsis Workshop:  Focussed around the ideal pathway and resources, spotting signs of deterioration  and opportunities to intervene in general practice - led by Joanne Campbell - Lead Sepsis Nurse at STH and Anna Young, Practice Nurse (Page Hall Medical Centre)
 - Interpreting  Blood Results into Medication Changes: Using case studies DMARDS, liver.    Looking at safety, READ codes, CAS alerts, audits - led by Eva Gabzdyl and Jill Rigby
 - Long Term Conditions:  Time management within consultations, how to have meaningful and empowered conversations focussed around person centred care, agenda setting - led by PCDN Team
