Aims:

• Improve understanding and knowledge of support and services available for Children, Young People and Families in Sheffield

• Share information about city-wide transformation programmes

Through a series of workshops, provide updates on:

• • Integrated working between health, education and social care

  • Changes to neurodevelopmental (ASD, ADHD, LD, FASD, DLD) pathways and referral processes

  • Children’s mental health services (CAMHS)

  • Early years support and development of Family Hubs in the community

  • Establishment of a link general paediatrician model for PCNs
